From your product page to the gate

  1. Pick a date

A calendar on your product page shows only days with room left, per ticket type. Sold-out and closed days can't be picked.

  2. Fill in each guest

One short form per person. You choose which fields to ask for: just a name and email, or ID, age and an emergency contact.

  3. Pay in Shopify, get a QR each

Your usual checkout, discounts and payment methods. Capacity is held while they pay, and every guest gets their own QR in the order email.

  4. Scan at the gate

Staff open check-in in their phone's browser and scan in and out. Duplicates, unpaid or cancelled tickets get a clear stop.

  5. See your day in Shopify

Sold, inside now and still to arrive, the next seven days and anything that needs a look, right in your Shopify admin.

What comes in the box

Daily capacity per type

Set limits by day and ticket type, close a date or a single pass, and stop same-day sales at a set hour.

A QR for every person

Tickets arrive inside your Shopify order confirmation, with each guest's name under their code.

Check-in and check-out

Staff log in with a PIN. Duplicates, unpaid and cancelled tickets get a clear stop.

Box office

Sell at the gate: take payment on your terminal, confirm it in the app, and guests register on their own phone.

Refunds stay in sync

Cancel or refund in Shopify and the matching tickets are voided. Anything unclear lands in a review list.

Plans are being finalised.

Questions

Do I need to change my theme?

No. You add the ticket block to a product page from the theme editor. Your theme code stays untouched.

Who handles payments?

Shopify. Guests pay in your normal checkout with your payment methods, discounts and taxes.

Does check-in need an app on the phone?

No. It runs in the phone's browser and keeps working through short signal drops.

Which languages does it support?

English and Spanish, in the store, the tickets and the check-in screen.
